it is the main content of Fluoboric acid system plating solution. Used as alkyl polymerization catalysts, materials for preparation of various fluorine borates. 2.5% solution is used for pure aluminum electrolytic polishing. Also can be used in metal surface oxides, silicate membrane cleaning and corrosion.
